NEXIAN was founded by its CEO, Axel Douchin, a French native with over 14 years experience in IT consulting and team management in highly technical projects.

During his career Axel has used his skills in the United States, South America, France and now in China.

 

 

Axel Douchin lived, studied and worked for more then 12 years in the US. In the mid 90s, he started his first company: Stratech Inc. This IT consulting company based in New York was specialized in then emerging technologies (Web based dynamic solutions and ERPs).Axel managed a team of 40 IT technicians and engineers who were dedicated to clients in a wide range of industries, from Real Estate companies such as Century 21 (USA) to Software Companies such as Unicon Systems (USA). Stratech also provided services to International manufacturers such as Marex (USA) as well as several Internet Service Providers and global telecom infrastructure investors in South America.

Over the years Axel Douchin carried out his business activities both in the US and South America. Axel's primary focuses were then on application servers, and software development technologies. He offered his clients among other services during the Internet’s early years:

- Project management to integrate various business modules,
- Software solution trainings
- Consulting in risk investments in the IT industry,
- Network design (intranet, extranet, dynamic Web Sites and their security)

In 1999 Axel Douchin moved to France to join Cap Gemini to jumpstart its Internet revolution. He also worked for a French software company (Mediapps) specialized in dynamic portals. As the International Consultant, Axel was in charge of creating new markets in Holland, Spain, Italy, Belgium, North Africa and the USA. He developed specific partnerships with companies such as IBM World, Netscape, Iplanet and Cap Gemini.Finally, he became the Technical Director a software company (Digitalrum France) specialized in E-commerce solutions for mobile platforms. He created a 15 members’ team in Paris and co-managed a global IT team fluctuating between 30 and 40 people, located both in Paris and London. Axel Douchin supervised the development of an original and advanced mobile platform interfacing with secured merchants and banking systems. This solution structures telecom service providers’ transactional systems for Orange, Dutch Telecom, British Telecom Telefonica, Mviva, M6 TV, M6 net etc...

In 2004 Axel Douchin decided to move in China to meet new challenges and share his experience and know-how in a modernizing and expending economy.
